How long does it take to get started?
Usually we get started within 24-48 hours based on the services will get.
How do you send reports?
The reports are sent via email on a weekly basis.
How do you submit the lead?
The lead are submitted through your CRM or through any other way you would prefer.
Can your agent handle texting?
For sure, we use platforms such as Reireply, Launch control, Smarter contact and more.
Do I need to skip trace the list?
It depends on the service you subscribed for. If you have a data manager from our end, we will handle the skip tracing. However, if you only have a caller or a texter, then you will need to skip trace it and send us the list to start marketing.
How do I know that the caller is active?
We have full time quality assurance employees and sales managers. Therefore, all the calls are recorded and all our agents are monitored on a daily basis. The callers also receive daily training to ensure they provide the best quality.
How many leads can I expect?
The amount of leads can vary highly between lists and agents. Even the best callers can not work on poor lists and outdated data. The average is about 2-6 leads a day per agent.
What Languages do your agents speak?
As we're working in U.S Market, all of our agents are fluent English speakers.
